Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

In common with all accommodation providers in the UK, we have a cancellation policy. When you book a holiday in the UK you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel your booking or part of the agreed booking time, through illness, or redundancy, or change of circumstances, you may be liable for cancellation charges we make if the accommodation cannot be re-let.

For B&B this is two-thirds of the cost of the total stay. For self-catering this is the full cost of the total stay. Deposits paid at the time of booking are not usually refundable. You may wish to make arrangements for insurance to cover this. A booking made on behalf of third parties is the responsibility of the person making the booking, and the full amount is payable even if the whole party do not use the booking.

Self Catering: Minimum stay 3 nights outside of high season at our discretion.
